The conversion of the Grade 2 listed barn in the village of St Ippolyts in to the clients dream home was a lovely job where the client owned farm house where the barn was located and wanted to down size to a 3800 square foot listed barn conversion, the farm house was later sold.
Building works started in 2009 and where completed in 2010 which included extensive groundworks and landscaping around the property.
